JetBrains IDE plugin that puts a GUI on TicGit, the git-native ticket system — browse, create and manage tickets from a tool window without leaving the IDE. It drives the official `ti` CLI, which stays the source of truth. Published on the JetBrains Marketplace.
Built on the IntelliJ Platform SDK (build 251+ / 2025.1) with Kotlin and Gradle, using kotlinx.serialization over the `ti` 0.3.x JSON interface. A right-dock tool window lists tickets with a markdown detail drawer; toggle between list and a 5-column drag-and-drop kanban board. In-page overlay create/edit (batched saves), client-side filter/sort (status, search, assignee incl. a "Me" filter from git config, tag, creation time), and full ticket actions — state, assign, tag, comment, points, milestone, checkout. Toolbar sync/push and GitHub import (via the `gh` CLI) with graceful prerequisite handling, an open-ticket status-bar widget, live refresh watching git-meta (refs/meta / SQLite), and light/dark theme-aware rendering. Layered architecture (thin ti/git CLI wrappers, a project service with debounced refresh and a git-meta watcher) with unit and platform integration tests.
